That's yet to be determined. They're doing an autopsy on her body Wink

No, that's not true.
The reason they chose to take her feeding tube out instead of giving a lethal injection was so it wouldn't count as murder of any sort.

They stopped feeding her, so technically they didn't kill her. So if the autopsy determines if she had feeling or not, then it still wouldn't matter, because she wasn't killed by anyone, and like I said before, it wouldn't make a difference because she is already dead.


That's like saying if you lock someone in your basement, and don't give them food or water for 13 days, then you did nothing wrong. I'm sure if the guy got out of your basement he would of got something to eat, just like if Terry got out of her bed I'm sure she would of gotten a bite to eat. But he was locked in your basement, and she was quadrapalegic.

It's still murder, the only difference in this case is it was ordered by a court.
