If the physical chip counts are the same and the hardware settings like CAS latency and such are identical they should...should. Don't expect them to however, consider is a joyous confluence of events should they operate in Dual Channel.

Good luck with it though.

I'm actually considering "downgrading" my memory in a few weeks since my board actually only supports ddr/266 and the stick of ddr/333 is downclocking to work.

There was a time when people were impressed that I have the firepower to decimate a planet in under 10 minutes.
