I'd agree with that.
I would buy the PC 3200. If your current stick is Dual Channel, then get the PC3200 Dual Channel. If not just get the regular 3200.
My only concern is how much you can mix and match this type of RAM. Generally when you buy RAM, you want everything to be exactly the same (including brand and except for size) to avoid problems.
