People are facinated with the lives of celebrities. Every little drop of gossip that can be squeezed out of an incident will be squeezed until it is so dry that it turns into dust. Not to mention it's fun to rain in on celebrities to show that they're not too high up on the pedestal to take a hit. It's moreso hilarious that this happened than interesting. It's just funny that it happened to Paris because it seems that she can't keep anything to herself anymore.
The guy has been caught. He was caught before Tuesday... to my knowledge.
