Make sure the RemoteAdminPort and Gameport are different in server.ini

example:

Server1:
Port = 4501
GameSpy Gameport = 4501
GameSpy Query Port = 25301
RemoteAdminPort = 4701

Server2:
Port = 4502
GameSpy Gameport = 4502
GameSpy Query Port = 25302
RemoteAdminPort = 4702
