Disgusting. See, that's what medical malpractice suits are for.

Yes. Unfortunately, medical malpractice suits have become so common place, and frivolous, that most people who are actually hurt and deserve something don't get anything; the doctors spend all their money on malpractice insurance, and are afraid to try anything experimental that might save someone's life; and the only people who's lives improve are teh lawyers.

God I hate lawyers.
