Really easy.
Just put it into your Mod folder, the browse to(in Leveldit):
Global Settings -> Purchase Settings -> Vehicles(Nod or GDI, maybe Secret)
Select the entry you need and press Mod.
Then searching for the Model you want to change the PT Icopn and click the Small folder, then selct your Image and thats it!
