Teamwork is again the best strategy in this situation. Take 2 engies for example--Techs are even better--and go thru the tunnels. Run across to behind the barracks, healing each other with the repair guns as you go. At least one of you is sure to make it with better than 4- 20 health. IF you both make it, even better, you can heal up behind the barracks real quick. Hopefully no one will see you. From there, take out the power plant!
