I sniped the mutants and Visceroids before I confronted her, then when I approached her, I just walked backwards over the ledge to the next level down. Only a few Blackhand followed me down, and, of course, Petrova. I used the Volt auto rifle and she was dead in one or two reloads. Then I grabbed the armour and health and dispatched the other Blackhand's. Easier than I thought... Had a harder time underneath the whole temple in the tunnels with the spawning mutants.
