All you need is:
A tank (buggy or hum-vee are not to expensive)
A driver (You )
Remote C4s

Xtra:
Prox. C4s
Timed C4s

Put the C4s on the car and drive into the another base (If possible) or another target.
Lets say, that the tank is in the another base, drive to a target, just jump out of the tank and push the remote button. It should explode and damage quite a lot.
Unfortunely, if the tank are destroyed before you get out, you will get killed by the explotion, even if friendly fire is on.
