Save Hotwire first then gunner.
When you got the light tank blow up the two buggy first then get the personal ion cannon. After that just keep driving and don't be bothered about the sniper and rocket officers. Until you reach an area where there is several APC buggy and light tank and inside the building they surounded is where Deadeye is. I suggest you kill the buggy and the rocket officer in front first then get Deadeye. After that get the flame tank and charge. The flame tank is likely to get blown up by Mendoza close to the Cathedel.
