For those of you stuck on the ship mission, all questions are answered here.
The order you should complete the objectives is. Follow this carefully. Some people could not find the captain is due to the bug that you aquired the red card before the yellow card. If you follow this you will be complete the mission in no time.
1. Sabatage the SAM missiles.
2. Sabatage the Engine.
3. Go to the tiberium room there is an elevator that go up to the deck then find a officer with the green card. First go to the side of the ship and you will see stairs. He should be around that area.
4. Kill the First mate to get the yellow card. He is located in the green doors. Just go up once you got the green card and you will meet him.
5. Go back to the sub and then go through the yellow door. Do not attempt to go through the yellow door if you do not have the yellow card or the mission will not end.
6. Sabatage the Torps
7. Kill the captain to get the Red card.
The captain is at the bridge. If you sabatage the Torp first then keep going the stair wall you will find him.
8. Destory the chopper.
9. Kill all the Nod that you can find on the ship.
10. Rescue the prisoners
11. Protect the prisoners there will be Nod officers spawn close to the sub.
