Actually stealth black hand snipers do go back into cloak after you zoom.. and wait for a second. This is because zoom is a weapons fire.. so if you click it once then leave it you are not still firing. I have tested this with my brothers computer and in an actual game no-one has got me just sitting there in zoom.
