first, snipe the mutants in the cage, it's possible...
Then shoot at her from accross the room, this will make the cinimatic start. First thing you do is run backwards when the cinimatic is over. Run down to the bottom and hide in the tunnel... They won't come down to ground level. The health regenerates at the other side of the room so use the volt riffle and hit and run tactics to kill her
