The best thing you can do for your team at the beggining with no creds is to be an engi and repair YOUR harvester, almost no one does this but it will save your teams a$$ if you repair you harvester from attacks at the beggining. Also on a map with no base Defense and you are nod attack enemys until you get chem trooper and sneak into enemy base and blow the hell out of a building, it works becuase no one has the cash to mine the base yet so you have an edge. This works great on the volcano level becuase you can go straight across the tiberium in the middle and take out the power plant{i've had about a 70\% succes rate with this tactic on volcano.}
