Well... I can I say. I'm also the HotWire/ Technician in ma team but my place is outhere in the trenches. Repairing damaged tanks, disable c4 and mines, deploying c4's in "kamikaze like" attacks on enemy tanks ( or if I'm lucky on enemy camo troops or infanteers) and so on. Such engees are tank's drivers worst nightmare because ... you see him runing toward your vehicle with his bomb and U can't take him out fast enough.

The splash damage of the remote c4 is considerable! If you use your imagination and trying to be unpredictable while playing a Hotwire character , you can develop a really offensive style. Still ussually you get people screaming: "Get your ass here, pronto!' and "Where is the **** engie !?", "Go to the base!" and of course "Assist me!!"
