Teamwork isn't everything, a team of mediocre players working together will lose too a team with a couple of great players who don't need a team because they know how to do it themselfs.

I'm all for teamwork, but it isn't the answer too everything, and it ain't a garantueed win. It improves the odds that's all, you still need great tank drivers too win the game.
