if there are snipers out your best bet is to stick to the land (its hard to control the air with a bunch or snipers picking you apart.) without any snipers its easy to control the air. i played a game a few days ago i was playing on city_flying with a friend (as nod) where we had complete control of the sky the whole game. every GDI attack got torn apart before they could even catch a glimps of our base.
