Well, I used my port scanner to try and crash his server and it doesn't appear to have worked. Meaning the fix Alkaline applied works. Once again, the BHS patch was to protect against a DIFFERENT kind of attack though both attacks use UDP packets.

I just received the fix from Alkaline so I can really test its effectiveness.

I'm the bawss.

their still remains some problems with this patch, once it is completed I will give to blazer & mac & post here.

I think the problem is distributing the entire server.dat file probably has some copyright issues so it will be a patch instead.

RH7 & RH8 probably gonna have the fix... the exe have to be fix on those.
