Wellz, the easier way to save/gain credits is to attack the harvester and tanks with light-weight weapons or with repair gun.
Tactic on destroyin' Medium Tanks:
Grab a buggy and have a partner change to Engineer and fill the thing with REMOTE c4s and then change to sniper. Slowly and carefully drive your buggy near a Medium Tank and yell "I'm In Position". Your partner then detonates the c4s by switching to TIMED C4 and right-clicks. and yeah! Baby. You have successfullie destroyed a Medium Tank with a buggy [kinda cheap huh?]
I have more but they're kinda all for me! XD
True love doesn't have a happy ending because true love doesn't have an ending...

This is a nice idea that has been posted before, but it wouldn't blow up a medium tank and it's a total waste of mines. Remotes and prox mines are used to protect buildings and blow up buildings, they are not really meant for anti-tank offense.

I've almost given up on mining in my base anyway, since nobody really gets stopped by mines anymore- and anyone who does is usually not bright enough to do any damage anyway. Whenever I use a tech/hotwire, I'm too busy running around repairing stuff to lay mines(building under attack, tank back from a battle, infantry, turrets, etc). They're more of an early warning system now than they ever were a defensive weapon; they make a nice big boom youn can hear across the base, but will almost never get a kill.
This could be pulled off on maps with few entrances and defenses that can cover all the entrances(Hourglass, Under, Field) Where at least one or two buildings are not likely to be hit by an APC rush. Then you could easily spare the mines that would have been used on that building and apply them to a tactic like this.
"Arms discourage and keep the invader and plunderer in awe, and preserve order in the world as well as property. Horrid mischief would ensue were (the law-abiding) deprived of the use of them." - Thomas Paine
Remember, kids: illiteracy is cool. If you took the time to read this, you are clearly a loser who will never get laid. You've been warned.

I find just the opposite. People get bored and try new nuking tactics and having a good prox pattern in base is key to defending against this. If you don't mine on Islands as GDI you can pretty much bend over and kiss your arse goodbye. Same goes for Field.

Douche bags seem to be in abundant supply around here...not that it's any different than the old WW forums. Or any forums.
On any tactic: If you can use it, it is legal, and it works, go for it. A lot people wouldn't simply because the driver gets no points out of the deal, so if there's even so much as one person in this game who is willing to sacrifice their score for that of the team...

Actually I always thought that it makes you look like you can't spell, the meaning of the insult remains the same. He's right by the way, your an arse, why insult some-one for no reason, or do you take pleasure in attempting to make people feel bad about themselfs?
Btw, I am very excited about FFVII:AC, I just hope they put some nice flashy animations of one of the Bahamuts in there.
