Also I noticed that the FDS serial number post has support31@ea.com as
the contact. Could this get changed to
http://eatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/eatech.cfg/php/enduser/ask.php? All
they have to do is submit the information there and it will get to me.
They are trying to shut down the Support boxes so we can move fully to
web based support.

FYI: I am currently trying to get a way to automate this FDS process so
we can get them rolling out again. I will keep you posted. I like the
forums overall, btw.
