I'm pretty sure BHS will be adding these back into the game.
Just so you know, Recon Bikes were Nod's quick assault unit in C&C, but different now that they have a large missile range, making them ideal SAM units.
They're weak, with 125\125, but do good damage for a price of $500.
I've already got the physics set up for them (Said by WS to be too time consuming, which I agree with, it took me two weeks to get the Recon Bike to behave similar to a real motorcycle) and the missile rate of fire\damages, along with the official purchase icon (Not that one Taximes made, which doesn't look right) for it.
I personally think Nod needs it, they need something else than "omg stank rush omg omg stanks omg stanks omg omg omg stanks flamers omg flame stealth omg omg"
It fits their speed\stealth description better, too, and allows for the Mammoth Tank upgrades.

nice, more C&C then renegade is!
its a good edition, i always wondered why there was no recon, they were my fav unit, then the buggys they rocked!

Ok, now how about the Surface-to-Surface Missile Launcher?
Not that stupid SCUD launcher, instead, the M270 with Honest John missiles.
Trivia fact: The Renegade SSM model is based off the Orca Lift Truck.

great that is why i liked nod it will make more balence beeteen gdi and nod
if gdi have there mamy and nod got there Recon Bike then that will make it even.

I don't remember being able to actually purchase the SSM Launcher in TD. I only ever saw it in the GDI missions, and Nod used it to defend their bases.

It is buildable in multiplayer.
