I just got Renguard, and before I started to play Renegade, I went web surfing... on our DSL, it worked just fine... When I started Renegade up, activating Renguard, our DSL slowed to about a 49k modem connection. I also lag out of every server I join on WOL... I think Renguard has something to do with this.

Run renegade by clicking the game2.exe icon in your Renegade folder. check to see if you still lag. Also check the temperature of your DSL modem. I sometimes need to put it in the fridge to cool it down as that greatly affects internet speed.

... That trick helped with the lag, but now servers that require Renguard kick me because it says I don't have it... And now I can't get Renegade to work, it gives me this messege "Error creating hash of Renegade serial, try re-installing Renegade"

Well, I re-installed it, but now I can't see any text... I start the game, skip the movie and everything, and when the main menu comes up, there's NO TEXT, NONE whatsoever!!
