We need to get more users and server-owners running RenGuard.

I would like to see a target where 100% of Renegade FDS's run with RenGuard enabled.

So, everyone spread the word about RenGuiard to wherever you can.

Most importantly, anyone who is spouting out anti-RenGuard FUD, such as this thread here:

Must be stopped and/or countered with pro-renguard arguments.

On the other hand, if someone has legitimite anti-renguard statements, we (as in the dev team) need to take them on board and do what we can to fix whatever it is they are compalining about.

I will always preach RenGuard is THE solution for a cheaterfree environment.
Eventhough a minority of users have had some- and maybe some still have a little troubles with it.
But i know that you guys are working your asses off to fix stuff asap.
Its the only thing i keep repeating on the forums and in Renegade itself:

Get your ass on http://www.RenGuard.com and download+install it.

I would love to see 100% of servers running RG, however currently I am glad that they don't because I can't play on any RG servers due to 1.02 crashing my Renegade.

I haven't had time to stop by the IRC to get the new 1.02 build from mac, so I am stuck in non-RG servers until the crash bug gets worked out.

I see RG in the future as being a huge link between all players, but it has minor issues. Who would have thought that had I kept my Win98SE and not upgraded to Win2k I wouldn't be having these issues?

Because they are assrammers. They spread shit but when confronted with the truth - they call anyone disagreeing with them and supplying facts about renguard - "advertising" on their board.

Yet they quite happily flame Renguard with no facts.... the height of their assrammerness.

vloktboky is probably the worse, saying things like
