I can confirm that phenomenon. Happened to me once some days ago and still is happening to other people who wants to connect to our server (WinNT, SSC, BRenBot 1.31). Restarting the SSC does NOT help. The problem persists.
I reported this bug some days ago. Maybe the master desync is now fixed. However, the problem still occurs.
