im not sure what i am doing wrong every time i go to use renguard it comes up in a gray box and freezes and says [not responding]  HELP!!

Check your firewall settings. Looks like you can't connect to any of the servers.

i had that to but you have to give it some time , i had it to with not responding but i waited 1-2 minutes and then the not responding left and it was updated...give it time
