Hello, when i run the command ./renegade_server it finds the file etc

but it spams me with hundreds of starting server messages

and it does not start (i left it for a few minutes)

anyone have any ideas?

i am using ssh to connect to my server - its in a datacenter

Is your server.ini configured for Gamespy or Westwood Online?

WOL is not supported in the LFDS.

Use the Win32 FDS. WOL is not being supported by the Linux Free Dedicated Server.

is that possible on linux red hat enterprise?

btw it did work with gamespy mode on

The linux FDS currently only supports GSA mode. You can set it to WOL, and it halfway looks like its trying to work, but the code just isnt there.

Sadly yes. It may change in the future via a third-party addon, but currently it only works with GSA.
