I send my deepest apologies to the admins and patrons of the Black Cell servers for what occurred recently. It was not in my intention to allow Beanyhead to gain unauthorized access to the Black-Cell servers using my ISP account, as I was unknown to the fact that he was banned, and I sincerely regret any inconvienience this may have caused to anyone on the Black Cell network.

Isn't it sad, but yet funny, when you are deprived the opportunity to view the progress of vloktboky's and other member's work; and not to be able to see what's new in the Renegade community because SS was foolish to click on a goat.cx link? That's the only reason I was banned; I've done nothing bad against Black-Cell. Never done any attacking towards you, never took down any of your Renegade servers, or anything of that nature.
Grow some balls, if you haven't seen that picture before, then you aren't part of the Renegade community. I can almost guarantee that everyone who has replied to this thread has seen that picture.
Let us not forget this is the same person who gave away the secret n00bstories hub IP address to people so they could DoS attack it?
I find this funny that most of you are banned from n00bstories, or atleast black-listed/shit-listed in a number of their channels, that you find a need to ban me. However, when other user or users (who shall remain nameless) have spread negative propaganda about the entire Black-Cell people/network as a whole, banned a number of you from #n00bstories, still can play and enjoy your servers and can watch what you all are doing and have to offer.
Considering the work (or atleast most of the work) of Black-Cell will not be shared with the rest of the Renegade community.. other members in this community would like to learn from you, but you continually deprive them of having the chance. What you guys have done has been attempted by many others and failed.
So I connected to your server? So the fucking what. I wasn't bothering anyone, I was simply watching what was going on. Any harassing to you through AIM done over the past few days was not the work of me, and you damn well know it. (I'll let that person remain nameless as well.)
Just a few weeks ago, I was IMed on AIM by ccfan who started calling me names, cussing at me, etc. For no resaon, that I could determine. After that I blocked everyone from Black-Cell on AIM, except for one person. After I did that, he changed screen-names and did it again.
After a few minutes of watching, I was PM-ed and harassed by Scrumfy. Who started toying with me. I did not start the fight.
We even founded a network together, remember that? The days where we made Scrumfy an IRCop and he started banning me from channels, breaking into my channels after I banned him, and so on.
All I can say is grow the fuck up. You all are acting like a bunch of little kids.

Attitude, mostly. He just rubbed me the wrong way more than once, plus he's got this "it's not cool to make fun of n00bs" attitude about my site, which I think is hypocritical and self-righteous.

All because I was stupid enough to click a goatse.cx link? A) It was a masked link, it didn't say goatse.cx B) You posted it in a public channel with 23 other people. You have to be a fucking idiot to think I wouldn't get pissed. C) You said 'it was meant for cc, scrumfy' etc etc. If you didn't want to be deprived of vlokt's work wouldn't it be smart not to post a link to goatse in a channel with at least 5 IRCOps?

Wow...such actions against a seemingly small issue.
I have the uppermost respect for both Beany and SS; I have worked with them both on occasions.
SS, you have every right to take some action against Beany for posting a link to the site named; as you should. It was inappropiate, disgusting, and a possible violation against the channel's rules. However, personally I do not believe that a perminant ban should have been placed on Beany (I am assuming it is a perminant ban; please, correct me if I am wrong).
Every person misjudges the situation, or blatently screws up from time to time. I have, you have, and everyone else has. I'm rarely a person to bring up past issues, but I feel that I should at this point in time. SS, you screwed up on the N00bstories IP issue. Some have forgiven you to some extent; however, others have not. I am fairly sure you want to put that matter behind you and present it as what is is...the past. Do the same for Beany; let the goat.cx issue be what it is, the past.
I have not know Beany to be a blatent violator, although occaisonally he does slip. My suggestion, however flawed or decent it appears to be, is to keep Beany banned for another one to two days; then unban him, but remove any voice/op status he once had for the time being. I think that would be a better punishment. If you find that is still just to ban Beany, then do so. I will respect and honor your decision as an opperator.

Beany is and will stay banned from Black-Cell. Even if it was removed I'm sure it would be set again by someone else, too many people lost respect for him. As for the IP issue, I don't care. It happened, it's done. I don't care what you or anyone else thinks.

Black Cell I agree with Beany you guys are responsible for a downed server and a $100 in getting it back up. I have had not a thing to say on the subject but as far as I am concerned you can take this whole topic and shove it up your ass.
