Check and see if you have the latest BIOS firmware for your Moitherboard. If not, then download it and flash your BIOS to the latest update. I had this problem and once I flashed the BIOS it never happened again. I think some of the newer processors cause this. Heat is a very real possibility too. Mine seems to get a littlie finiky on the hotest days of the year. I even have 2 Case fans, plus a good CPU cooler. At one point last summer it was heat index over 105 and 90% humidity. We had the A/C going full blast and my computer was still reading 158 F in the CPU core! Needless to say, the computer was acting a little weired. Smile
