This is really really annoying now.
A m8 of mine is hosting a 14p sniper only server (with the sniper mod) and REFILLING IS NOT ALLOWED

How do you change this message? Or disable it, its really annoying.
How can anyone think refilling is allowed in a sniperonly game lol, it offsets your spawnkills? LOL !!!

Sorry, that's hardcoded.. it's deep in the code.. a relict of Blazer's sniper server..

Good, people on my server were going "OMG LEIK THE BOTT IS TALKING TOOZ MEEZ!!! OMG LOL REFILL!!!" because it kept saying that.

would be nice to see a timer for like 1 minute untill the message will display again stops it from coming up everytime somebody says refill
