Hello everyone,
My name is Jonah Youngblood, I live in Lakeland, FL. For the past two months I have been waiting for a response for the office of Naval Research and Development from the Navy Research Dept. in Arlington Viginia. I have called several times after he received this exact same copy of information that you are receiveing now. I have never received a response back from my contact with the navy after i sent this to him. I have been receiving high pings on my computer's firewall of 5000ms at times. To make a long story short. I feel this idea is in danger. This document if being Spammed to over 150 webserver ips that i have aquired over my time here on the computer. Some of you may not want this buy i hope this document is seen by someone that may be able to help me in some way shape or form. I'm just trying to make this public before it gets corrupted or hacked. So let this be known to everyone now that reads this...I am Jonah Youngblood...I have created a neutron propulsion device and this idea is protected by a notory and a peer based patent. Again sorry for the spam...this was my last option.

The Omega Project was created to study the effects of accelerated neutrons onto atoms. Although much of this information is already avalable is extremely limited in quantity, there was still a reasonable amount of data to make a reasonable and most likely provable speculation.

The outline of the Omega Project is a fairly simple one. Neutrons have always been thought of as excellent potential bullets for smashing atoms for scientific research. The problem was the difficulty in finding a reasonable method of acceleration. This is why they have never been used and also why they appear to be a lost cause.

However, I Jonah Lynn Youngblood, think i have been able to find a solution to this scientific paradox. This is device that can have the devastating potential to affect mankind like never before. It is the ultimate atomic destoryer, a weapon ith unimaginable, untapped power.

STRUCTURE OF ATOMS.

-Atoms in general are comprosed of 3 particles. Each of these particles induces its own unique charge on its environment. The following particles are as follows:

The Bohr Model is not the actual structure of an atom. But it does posses enough accuracy to acheive the goal of the project. Below is the makeup of each particle: The electrons are the dots in the two outer shells with the nucleus composing of the neutrons and protons. The electrons spawn around the necleus due to the attraction to the positive charge in the nucleus.

Taking into account this basic set of information- One can have a grasp on the theorys and physics of this project.

OUTLINE OF THE GRIFFIS CANNON
- The Griffis Cannon is a neutron disperal device...the first of its kind in recorded public history. It strips down accelerated Uranium-238 nuclei down to its neutrons and uses them for atomic destruction.
-The Core- Where the neutrons origonate from
naturally, when searching for material for the use of this project one would desire an atom that already is rich in neutrons. Plutonium, Neptunium, Einsteinenium, and Uranium were first conceived as plausable sources of "fuel" for the cannon. All except for Uranium elements were ruled out. Either due to exceptionally small half lives or due to excessive nuclear unstablility. Uranium, however, with its 500 year half life is relatively tranquil. Uranium is used primarily for its uncommon weight and size. One hundred forty-six neutrons lay inside this mammoth atom. Each neutron having the capability to destroy several atoms. This is ideal after all since the atom will be atomically stripped down for its neutrons. The atom's nucleus also exhibits a tremendous positive charge of + 92 protons. This immense positive charge allows it to "grab"
the nuclei better and acclerate it futer and faster than ever conceived.

NUCLEI ACCLERATION
-Uranium nuclei are placed in a particel accelerator. They are then attracted to the negative charges that are produced infront of the nuclei by the particle accelerator. Due to the strong nuclear force, the protons "tow" the neutrons with them. Thus moves the entire nuclei protons and neutrons alike in one signular direction.

CRITICAL VELOCITY
-Once the nuclei have reached their critical velocity (which is the point in which a certain mass cannot be accelerated any faster due to its physical dimensions.)
It is then time for their processing to take place. These hight accelerated nuclei are exposed to a antiproton feild and then magnitized to acheive its desired result...pure accelerated neutrons.

ANTIMATTER
-This specific kind of antimatter that is needed here is a form called antiprotons. Antiprotons are very specific with what they react with. It takes 10,000 to 1,000,000 protons to strike a nickle target to produce 1 antiproton. Antiprotons only react with protons...like mathmatical equations...effectively cancel each other out. When a proton and antiproton come in contact with each other...a new particle is formed for a fraction of a second and then both are equally annilhated in a exotic burst of radiation.

-Nuclei are passed through the nickle ring positioned in the particle accelerator. A positive charge of serveral million kilowatts of positive energy is exerted on the outside of this nickle ring effectivly creating antiprotons on the other side of the target. Thus creating somewhat of a antiproton field. Since control of this field is not possible the timing of the Nuclei mass and its contact with the antiproton field must be exact. Once the antimatter completely fills the area of the ring, the Nuclei must be there in the center to meet them. This contact will most likely take out about half of the protons in the nucleus of each nuclei. A exact number cannot be drawn but a close speculation is possible. As the Nucleis pass into and through the beam their atomic weight should be reduced. Somewhere in the vicinity of about half of all protons in each nuclei should be erradicated. As they are erradicated...a tremendous ammount of radiation is given off. Some of that as great as that given off at Hiroshima. Enough radiation that it could power steam engines long enough to power Las Vegas for several days. This radiation will be harnessed for the next use of the cannon and will be its chief power supply. It will recycle its own "waste" and use it as energy for the electronic inside of the structure. When the Nuclei pass...and the radiation is given off...the radiation affects one more thing as well. The Strong Nuclear Force is also effected. The quark thought to be held responsible for this is called the gluon. When the radiation is produced so close to the actual source of the Strong Nuclear Force it will excite the gluon's energy level with the radiation produced. The gluon will then most liley be accelerated out of the nuclei. Thus serverly weakening the Strong Nuclear Force and the ability for the protons to hold their neigboring neutrons in place.

-MAGNITISM

Once the partially destroyed nuclei beam moves through the antimatter feild it will enter one more area before being released on its target. When charged particles move though a magnetic field...they bend in direction. Positivly charged particles (like protons) tend to bend off to the left. Negatively charged particles (like electrons) tend to bend off to the right. With the protons in the Nucleus already being weakened. The magnetic feild should posses enough energy to rip off the remaining protons in the Nuclei. Once this is complete...and the protons have been moved off of the neutrons...the process is complete.

-THE GREEN MILE-
Now that the Uranium nuclei have been fully processed...they are composed of nothing more than accelerated neutrons that are moving at a likely speed of 1/10 of the speed of light. For the first time in history, the neutron is accelerated, and it moves in unison with its brothers.

-EFFECTS OF CONCENTRATED NEUTRON-
This is the final stage of atomically based weapondry. When a neutron is accelerated and moves into an atom...it complete destroys it as if nothing were there to begin with. As neutrons make contact with their targeted atoms, the following is expected to occur:

1. If the neutron posses enough speed, it will be able to tear through the atom's electron cloud and violate the nuclei. If enough speed is present, a reaction similar to nuclear fission will occur. Effectivly spliting the atom into radom particles and destroy the atom in general.
2. If the neutron is slow enough, it can make contact with the electrons in the outer shell of the atom. As the electrons spin in pairs through out the electron cloud ever one electron that strikes the neutron will be doubled. (Because they only exist in pairs throughout the atom.) As more and more electrons are ripped from the atom, it begins to destabilize. The electrons that where once there to balance the positive charge, the negative charge, and its Strong Nuclear Force, no longer exist. The atoms remaining electrons will move in closer to the center as there is now less of a negative charge to take up the positive charge of the protons. The remaning few electrons there will be engulfed and strike the nucleus either destroying it by impact or nutralizing enough protons to change and destroy the atom's Strong Nuclear Force and drifting the atom into random particles.
3. The neutron neither posses enough speed to spit the atom nor slow enough to strike the electrons. It will then just impact of the surface of the Nuclei. It will either make the atom larger to increase the chance to be hit by another neutron or block enough of the protons charge to destabilize the orbitals of the electrons and causing a cascading failure throughout the atom causing it to drift apart.

-RENEWEL OF POWER THROUGH DESTRUCTION
-One very interesting fact about the cannon is that as it is fired and the neutrons continually destroy atoms after atoms each atoms releases its own neutrons in its nucleus. Also if you can remember in science that when a proton and a electron come together, they form another neutron. Think. If you have protons and electrons flying around from different atoms in open space and all this time those opposite particeles ARE ATTRACTED to each other the majority of them will join to increase in its number of neutrons. As the incoming neutrons from the cannon make contact and transfer some of their kinetic energy into these other neutrons that have been released by destroyed atoms it increases the beam's size forfold. So the more dense of a target you have, the more power the neutron beam will have and the more power it will have on the other side of the target. It will increase as a inverse relationship always expanding to infinity.
-Also be adivsed. Something like this when fired into a atmosphere of any type would cause a massive radiation cloud. Keep in mind. Some of these particles you run these neutrons into will not be destroyed. They will emit beta and alpha partcles to compensate. Beta and Alpha particles are groups of protons and neutrons that are still binded together as well as singular electrons, neutrons, and energy. This is the radiation. For example, if you fired this at a target in south Antactica, as soon as the beam enters the atmosphere it will begin emmiting radiation and destroying particles. I would guess something of this magnitude of radiation emmision would have the capabilites to radiate most of the planet. Some 80 percent of it. Effectivly delivering lethal doses to its neighborning hemispheres.
