That is definitely going to be an awesome movie...
"To announce that there must be no criticism of the President, or that we are to stand by the President, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." -- Theodore Roosevelt (1918)
"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

Secretly, for a long time predators and aliens have been having gang fights on earth, and now there is another big battle happening with scientists discover it. Therefore, there are a lot of special effects, monsters, and guns.
The End, I think.

The Thing is better in terms of horror value. One of the scariest movies ever made.
For being created in 1982, its special effects beat the hell out of a lot of the computer generated stuff today.
Plot Summary for
Thing, The (1982)
An American scientific expedition to the frozen wastes of the Antarctic is interrupted by a group of seemingly mad Norwegians pursuing and shooting a dog. The helicopter pursuing the dog crashes leaving no explanation for the chase. During the night, the dog mutates and attacks other dogs in the cage and members of the team that investigate. The team soon realises that an alien life-form with the ability to take over other bodies is on the loose and they don't know who may already have been taken over.
Some of the effects were gut wrenching.
"I know I'm human. And if you were all these things, then you'd just attack me right now,
so some of you are still human. This thing doesn't want to show itself,
it wants to hide inside an imitation. It'll fight if it has to,
but it's vulnerable out in the open. If it takes us over,
then it has no more enemies, nobody left to kill it.
And then it's won."

Calm down. I sayd Most, not all. I sayd that because most mew movies are not very good and there is a chance that AVP will not be a good movie. I know that Alien and Predator was movie long before the game, and it was one of few exceptions of good games made from good movies I don't smoke. One more thing: written offence is pointless.
