Who would I stab? Nobody, unless they provoked me...and it takes some serious effort to do that. As in, slam-in-the-head-with-a-brick effort, or someone attacking my family or friends...stabbing someone is not something to be taken lightly.
I can think of a few people I'd like to meet and verbally smack down, though...the morons in the state department of education for mandating 4 years of identical gym courses and whatever asshole organized the New Jersey DMV... oh, and just about every Jehovah's Witness I run into- those guys just get under my skin. But physical violence is something which does not come easily to me.
