I spent my Valentines Day at work, all day, 10 freaking hours. The owner(my uncle) had gone out to his son's wrestling tournament, so I was left in charge. That plus I had to answering the phone and keep the salad bar filled. And my ex-girlfriend's mom actually had the nerve to show up where I work! I would explain why I can't stand her but that would take too much typing. I was so pissed that if she had said even one word to me I would have cussed her out in front of all the customers. Fortunately, she was smart enough to avoid eye contact with me.

The highlight of the night had to have been this old woman who called. She wanted to make a reservation for freaken September. She asked if I was related to the owner and I said yes. Then she made one or two compliments about our family. After about 10 minutes of her babling on and on she asked me who the owner of the resturant was. Despite being completely dumbfounded by the question I politely answered her. Then responded by saying, "I see.", as if she had never heard the name before. Confused
