OK, I've made an orca skin, and named it v_gdi_orca.dds . It doesn't work in player controlled orcas, but IT WORKS in non-player controlled (NPC) orcas! So, the question is: Why can computer use my orca skin, and I can't? Is there something wrong about the name?
