sbh skins dont change the vis range. People who make a big deal about skins a queer.

Yes, but there is a way to see stealth units from far away. Now about skins making bright neon pink snipers is cheating because you can see them wherever they are at (Unless on a bright neon pink level), also making bright C4 is cheating because if placed properly c4 can be "hidden", also removing teh black when zoomed in on the sniper rifle is cheating because you can see more at a time. . .

Yes there is, if im right its a objects.ddb file?
About the sniper skins, take field for example when your out there. Deadeye is much easier to see then a black hand sniper. Is that fair? I don't see a problem with bright sniper skins. How can you hide c4? Maybe from a n00b who can't see shit but decent players will find it. Lots of people have the clear scope too. I like the way Renalert's scope is. I can't stand that green shit. And again if there any good they'll find them anyways.
