The fact is that they've all circled the internet 500 times, thus the good ones aren't funny because you've heard them before, and the ones you haven't heard are just stupid (Which is probably why you haven't heard them.)
I probably laughed when I heard this the first time:

Although I don't remember them being weasels. Why weasels anyway? It has no bearing on the joke, and is just misleading. Instead of laughing at the end, you think, "...Wait, why the weasels?"
