Yeah, you must have installed or deleted the scripts.dll causing your game to not execute the scripts. You need to go to your renegade directory and find the scripts2.dll and rename it to scripts.dll, overwirting the existing file. If there are no scripts.dll files, then you need to obtain the original through a reinstall or by asking someone to send it to you or how to obtain it from the CD.
