I don't concider Generals a C&C Game. The bastard child Red Alert 2 has more ties to C&C than Generals does.

Well instead of a new game we could expand Generals (again)

Well whatever it is I hope the AI is atleast halfway decent. Whether it be Tiberian Sun or Renegade no AI can give nearly the satisfaction of beating the pants off of another human player.

Any future C&C game made by EA is going to suck. Generals was fun, but it was buggy, and it was not a C&C. Zero Hour was a peice of SHIT holy shit man I can't beleive what they did to the community. Its funny to see that more people are online on renegade than Zero hour. ZH licks nuts, and so does EA

Yeah, I mean there is just so much creativity in the original Westwood team that made CNC/RA1, it would be hard for any game to ever surpass those accomplishments. I'm still dissapointed about Tiberian Sun, it was the beginning of the end, the make or break game that ruined WW. The first 2 CNC's were so good that almost all the life left in the series is still coming from those games. I still think CNC1 was the best video game ever made, and there is nothing that comes close to rivaling it in my mind. Balance was not a real big thing back then so the actualy play is a little broken, but the graphics, creativity, sound, music, videos, storyline, and overall fun factor cannot be matched. I am still surprised to find out how many people have played the original Command and Conquer.[/u][/i][/b]

Same here. I'd really like EA to follow through on Tiberian Twilight but would only buy it if it was nothing like Generals. Meaning, I want the old tool bar, none of this dodgy Blizzard shit.

yeah I dont think they'd get rid of the toolbar, they should find a way to improve on it though, cause Blizzard's method makes more sense, so the Tiberian one has to have more functionality.

Well unfortunately I don't think anything good will come out of EA branded C&C. They'll just make some other entirely irrelevant game and smash the C&C label on it. Why couldn't the whole WW deal happen after Ren2? Now I'm hooked on things like Halo and getting back to Renegade is really hard. (this is my first post in like 3 months - I've played Ren maybe once since then)
