1. There is a difference between a reply and a thread. A reply is a message made in reply to the thread, which starts with the first post on the first page, and includes all of the replies in it.
2. There is also a difference between a topic and a thread. The topic is like the "background", "subject", "theme" of a thread. Refer to number one for what a thread is...
3. I did think before I typed. Obviously you didn't think before you typed, er... I mean "hunt and pecked".
4. All I'm doing is responding... It has nothing to do with getting a higher post count.
