Well, I mean it WAS a new painting technique using dots on the canvas instead of strokes.. but there would litereally be millions of them, and I seriously doubt that he counted them as he applied them..
So, I'm just assuming it's a play on words that they're asking for.

LoL that's awesome and it does make sense but I'm afraid I just told her and she said the teacher said it was in the millions so I am thinking it must be actual tiny dots.
