There won't be any point in involving RenGuard with it....What difference will it make?
You can make a ladder that will ultimately reflect WOL's ladder system, but It will have to work standalone.

Well, in theory, every dedicated server will use RenGuard (that's the theory, I know some people will forever be skeptics and hence overrun by cheaters) -- so WOL and GSA would actually be able to share a ladder.
I already do this on a small scale for my WOLSpy server: http://www.n00bstories.com/ladder_n00bsvr01.php

A possible problem with this is supposing Wu-CEO or Ty to some can manage to crack this the ladder will be ruined.

Web server stores + calculates ladder
A third party would have to break into one of the servers somehow. There is no way of intercepting the info. Either compromise what is being sent, or manipulate the ladder itself.

I mean cheats Iron. If u can crack this (renguard) and find a way to cheat which will severly effect your score it could hurt the ladder and maybe some people could be removed but it would be a real pain in the

Yea, but thats the part that RG plays. You can't improve your kills or score or anything by cheating because RG won't allow it in the first place.
So technically, it's sound.
