Um... n00bstories.radiantx.net is a shell to a larger network. I can't control the other channels there. I keep my channel free of EA/WS warez discussion and that's the best I can do.

I think you're getting the network and the server confused. The n00bstories server has no control over what goes on on the IRC network.

Ok let me deal with this.
RadiantX IRC Network is a service we provide, the network, the adminstrators, the ircops are not responsible for anything that passes through the network. IE - Warez
Crimson/n00bstories.com is not dealing in warez, n00bstories.radiantx.net is simply a link, we felt was a good investment in creating. Crimson is not responsible for anything that passes through the network, except her channels, in which what she does and allows is her business.
We have contacts in the UK Internet Crime Division at Scotland Yard, who have told us we are not breaking any laws, and are not responsible for what goes on.

Warez is a fact of life, and will never go away, if you dont like it.. dont use the network.

Dont worry Mr Russell. I won't use it. You should be ashamed. You think the law is the final line? The line on the net is blurred, with more holes than an ACTUAL net. If you want to take such an irresbonsible and lax attitude towards your network you wont get far in webhosting.
