I'm new to modding on renegade, and I'm trying to replace the automatic pistol skin with one of my own design. I already made the in gmax, but I don't know how to save it so it will work in the game. I know that you save it with the same name as the normal renegade file, but there seems to be more to it than that. Could someone give me some advice on this? Thanks.

"The danger to political dissent is acute where the Government attempts to act under so vague a concept as the power to protect "domestic security." Given the difficulty of defining the domestic security interest, the danger of abuse in acting to protect that interest becomes apparent. --U.S. Supreme Court decision (407 U.S. 297 (1972)

Thanks for the help, and I've read enough posts to realize that photoshop is where you skin things, but after reading those tutorials you directed me to, I remembered I never downloaded the renegade game pack for gmax, and I can't find it on the internet. If anyone has this, could they give me a link? Thanks

Thanks but the problem isn't that I can't find the file to download, it's that the installer says the file is corrupt, and I got the .zip file from westwood.com. Would it be possible to upload a copy of the installed files to your website?

Hm....the download didn't seem to cut off, and it said "Download Complete" twice in a row, so unless it doesn't tell you that the download cut off, i don't think that happened to me. Although, I may be mistaken. J4s[p], could you just load the file onto your website as a favor? If you did I would be most grateful. Also, could you direct me to your website?
