I not sure which one of these to get, after reading some reviews I'm leaning tward the TI 4200. I have managed to get $100, which all of these are.

In my opinion go for the "PNY GeForce FX 5200 Ultra 128MB DDR AGP". I use them in my systems I build and there pretty amazing for the price (£50 here). It's by far the best value cards in the FX series.
It's a little better than the GeForce 4 ti 4200 and your's getting DirectX 9 support thrown in as well as 8x AGP. I don't know about there but here in the UK the PNY version comes with a good bundle of software + connectors.

Well DirectX 9 support is not really a buying point for me. I just need an upgrade from my GeForce2 mx400. The only games I play are Renegade MOHAA, Halo, BF1942, SOF, unreal, UT2k. I just want some more FPS, as you can imagine with my GeForce2 BF1942 runs at an almost tolerbal level and Halo looks like crap.

Nope, I changed my mind at the last minute. Any ways, I'm just going to save up for something like a GeForce FX 5600 ultra.

Out of those three, without even a second of thought - the Ti4200 is by far much much better than the FX5200. The non-Ultra is many times outperformed by GeForces MX's ( ), and the Ultra is not very good either.
But I would recommend you spend $130 and get an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB. It matches or outperforms the nVidia GeForce FX5600 Ultra in most cases in current or older games, and decimates it in next-gen (DX9-type) games like Half-Life 2 due to nVidia's major DX9 screw-up. In fact, in DX9 games, the 9600 Pro is often faster than nVidia's top card, the GeForce FX5900 Ultra. You can see this in any Half-Life 2 benchmark, for example, such as AnandTech's article at: http://www.anandtech.com/video/showdoc.html?i=1863 . To even be anywhere in the league, performance-wise, of the ATI cards, the GeForce FX's have to be put into DX8 mode, which completely defeats the purpose of having a current-generation (DX9) card.
So basically the GeForce FXs are decent cards for current and older games, but when it comes to new and upcoming titles (e.g. DX9 based ones), the Radeons outperform them by a large margin, with better image quality as well. So in the end the Radeons will be much a more future-proof investment.
