It's really nice, and these settings also remove a lot of fps lag. Does turn the game into potato mode tho.
You can remove it by copying one of the registry settings below. I think it either setting Static_LOD_Budget to 100 or Dynamic_LOD_Budget to 100
Go to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Westwood\Renegade\System Settings with regedit and copy the settings in the screenshot below
