TaNkEr: After I was banned I spoke to Scruffy who informed me that I wasn't banned ingame, only from website and irc... he even made me a script so I could join on my formerly mod name without needing to Authenticate myself.

clearly he told Tanker that no consulting had been done because none HAD been done. grow a fucking sack bro I'm tired of you complaining about the direction the community is going in but never taking a stand or wanting to step on anyone's toes. either way Scruffy is a liar which is kind of sad tbh. though he does fit the bill for that community. I think the only people you can consistently count on there are raven, crypt and andy1996c, unfortunately they're not around much.
i was especially saddened by the post producepr made about me .. i used to go out of my way to help that guy out for hours at a time offering life advice and girl advice and whatever and had a great time talking with him but then he doesn't even hesitate to not give me the benefit of the doubt despite not being around at all in the last few months.
no one else seems to find it strange that so much shit always happens whenever liquid is around. lmao.

Yes Jesse, you are correct, he did not consult raven, because raven was not around. raven showed up about 30 mins later and then you have the quote I pasted.
So now what? Your main grievance is how we handle internal matters? liquid is the devil because he didn't consult raven before he banned tanker, even though we know the result would be the same, since raven did indeed intend to ban tanker from everything?
As to why you're insulting Scruffy I don't know, lol. I guess because he didn't say what you need him to to support your outrageous accusations. Same goes with produce. Why don't you just keep all your hate (mis)directed towards me and liquid? We can both handle it, I promise.

I'm genuinely sorry that you feel this way about me. We both know that stuff like this generally has two sides to the story. Believe it or not, I went through my logs to try and find anything that said you were provoked to the level of anger you expressed. I didn't find anything. As I said in the thread, which you have read, we all make mistakes. I've said things in public channels that needed to stay private. People make mistakes, but based on the reaction you had when BunnyK said your name in #jelly, I couldn't justify voting against a ban. Reacting like that to someone saying your name in a channel is overboard. People have said my full name in public channels. All that was required of me to fix the situation was to PM them and ask them not to.
Again, I'm sorry you feel that way about me. You're more than welcome to hate me all you want. At the end of the day, you're the one who has to live with it, not me.
