Hi, I'm not sure if this is where I should be inquiring about this but I deleted my old nickname a while ago so I could transfer it to a different xwis account but when I try to make the nickname it says its already registered. Is there any way I can recover it? Thanks.

You cannot undelete deleted nicknames afaik. Nor re-register them.
Just use renlist to set your name and join servers Smile

I tried using renlist but when I start it, it says unable to detect renegade installation, but after that it still launches and I put in my info but when I try to connect to a server it says renegade executable does not exist. Am I missing something here? I followed the steps in the link but it doesnt seem to be working. Thanks.

Goto Options->Settings and click the three ... button and browse to whereever your game.exe or game2.exe is located at.
