I'm not entirely sure what to do since I can't find my CD. I know I have it, but I can't find it, and I think I deleted my Renegade folder about two days ago...
Does anyone know if I could register The First Decade on, say, Origin (Don't kill me yet) for cases when I do lose my CD?

If you have legally acquired a CD key I don't really care where you get the installer from tbh.
You can activate your C&C games on Origin by contacting support. As per https://help.ea.com/in/article/redeem-your-serial-code-in-origin:
