Yes, i did get quite bored, as my internet dropped out for some reason, so i had to do something in Renegade.  Anyway, it is quite fun and simple todo in game, just use the Console command edit_vehicle.  It is fairly funny when you watch all the other Humvees bouncing around and Exploding spotaneously.

if you had read my second post in this topic, it tells you how, anway... 
 
when you are in a vehicle, open the console using the ` (under esc), now type in edit_vehicle and press Enter.  A Dialogue will appear where you can change the Physics Settings for that vehicle.  The settings will only remain for that map's Duration, so don't worry about really fucking up your game.  How you get what i did, is mainly Modify the Spring Lengths, Change the GravScale/Gravity for the vehicle and..... Viola!
